1. Services Provided
We offer glamping stays, nature-based activities, communal meals, and wellness programs (e.g., yoga, guided hikes). Details are provided during booking or in add-on agreements.
2. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and payment information
- Arrive on time and adhere to check-in/out times
- Respect property, wildlife, and fellow guests
- Refrain from smoking, fires, or noise disturbances outside designated areas
3. Payments & Fees
- Reservation quote is provided upfront and confirmed upon deposit.
- A security deposit may be required and refunded upon checkout after damage inspection.
- Final payment is due on arrival. Late payments may result in cancellation.
4. Property Use & Conduct
- Only registered guests are permitted on-site.
- Illegal behaviors lead to immediate eviction without refund.
- Wisdom Camp Glamp is not responsible for personal belongings or injuries—guests should bring suitable insurance.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations follow our Return & Refund Policy described above.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, travel disruptions, or other uncontrollable events. Guests may reschedule or get refunded based on our refund guidelines.
7. Liability Limitation
Wisdom Camp Glamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or for interruptions caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued stays imply acceptance of new terms.
